Let yourself be surprised by our chef Shimon Maman that creates a unique interpretation of Kosher Mediterranean cuisine by using local fresh products such as extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits of the region. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea from the restaurant panoramic windows. For private events, the restaurant suggest its private room which can accommodate up to 25 people

Indian Culinary Festival Join us at the Olive Leaf Restaurant from July 9th to 11th: Sheraton Tel Aviv and the Embassy of India are hosting for the first time in Israel the winner of Master Chef India, Shipra Khanna. Chef Shipra is bringing to Israel the scents and flavors of India and together with the hotel's Executive Chef will create a special menu for the festival, featuring India's authentic dishes at the Olive Leaf Restaurant.

Executive Chef Shimon Maman Like many chefs in the world, Shimon discovered his love of cooking as a child while spending time in the kitchen with his grandmother. After completing the army, he travelled to the Far East, where he acquired a knowledge and taste for eastern flavors and techniques marking the beginning of a journey of becoming a professional chef. As an enthusiastic self-learner, he began his career at the Sheraton Tel Aviv starting as a line cook, later promoted to sous chef of the hotels signature restaurant, Olive Leaf. In 2018 Shimon was promoted to executive Chef of the Sheraton Tel Aviv where he is in charge of the hotels kitchen operations. Shimon has a diploma from Dan Gourmet in Israel.
