Enjoy the spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea from the restaurant panoramic windows. For private events, the restaurant suggest its private room which can accommodate up to 25 people

Kosher Thai Food Festival 2019 Join us for an exclusive week dedicated to the Thai food, from the 23th to the 27th of June! The Royal Thai Embassy in Tel Aviv, in collaboration with the Sheraton Hotel Tel Aviv present Kosher Thai Food Festival, aimed to promote the best of authentic Thai cuisine, abiding by Kosher laws, as well as to showcase Thai fruit carving which represents the beauty of Thai culture to the people of Israel. For these days, the Olive Leaf Restaurant will offer a special Kosher Thai food menu prepared by the Royal Thai Embassy's Chef together with Shimon Maman, Executive Chef of the Sheraton Tel Aviv and his team.

Executive Chef Shimon Maman Like many chefs in the world, Shimon discovered his love of cooking as a child while spending time in the kitchen with his grandmother. After completing the army, he travelled to the Far East, where he acquired a knowledge and taste for eastern flavors and techniques marking the beginning of a journey of becoming a professional chef. As an enthusiastic self-learner, he began his career at the Sheraton Tel Aviv starting as a line cook, later promoted to sous chef of the hotels signature restaurant, Olive Leaf. In 2018 Shimon was promoted to executive Chef of the Sheraton Tel Aviv where he is in charge of the hotels kitchen operations. Shimon has a diploma from Dan Gourmet in Israel.
